A rear dump semi-trailer is a type of specialized trailer commonly used for transportation and dumping various bulk materials, such as gravel, coal, and construction materials.
The main feature of this semi-trailer is its rear dump capability. It is designed to allow cargo to be unloaded from the rear of the trailer, enabling quick dumping and loading. This design greatly improves loading efficiency, saving time and manpower.
Typically composed of a tractor unit and a detachable trailer component. The trailer has a lifting mechanism used for raising and lowering the cargo. Some models are equipped with hydraulic systems for more precise and controlled dumping.
The whole frame of the dump trailer is shot blasted to eliminate welding residues. The vehicle body features electrophoretic coating, providing resistance that can last more than 10 years.
