The girder adopts submerged arc welding, the whole vehicle shot blasting and derusting, and the bottom plate is 3 mm thick pattern. The whole frame of the flatbed trailer is shot blasted to effectively eliminate welding residues. The vehicle body is electrophoretic coating, resistant to coating, and the coating effect can reach more than 10 years. We adopt world famous brand of parts, like FUWA/BPW axle, JOST landing gear, WABCO braking valve etc.
