This bulk tanker is specially designed for transportation of large quantities of dried dust materials, such as fly ash, cement, lime powder, ore powder, etc., whose particle diameter is not greater than 0.1mm. It uses pneumatic unloading. When the vertical height of the unloading reaches 15m, the horizontal conveying distance can reach 5m.
The tank uses its own engine power to drive the vehicle-mounted air compressor through a power take-off (PTO). Compressed air is sent to the air chamber at the lower part of the sealed tank through pipelines, fluidizing the cement. When the pressure reaches the rated value, the material flows through pipelines for efficient transportation.
